Placing an Order:

When shopping on the RUNG MAHAL website, selecting an item and clicking the “Order” or “Buy” button initiates the purchase process. You will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors before submitting your order.

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. A follow-up confirmation email from our team will finalize the order, forming a valid contract between you and RUNG MAHAL. If an issue arises—such as an item being out of stock—we will notify you promptly and refund your payment if it has already been processed.

Payments:

We require a 60% non-refundable advance deposit to begin processing your order. The remaining 40% is due when your order is ready for shipment.

Prices:

All prices listed on the website are fixed and typically include shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Product Availability:

While we do our best to maintain updated stock information, we do not guarantee that all items shown on our website will always be available. Product images are provided for illustration and may vary slightly due to lighting or screen resolution.

Delivery:

For international orders, additional taxes or import duties may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, and RUNG MAHAL is not liable for covering them. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exact estimates for these additional costs.
